Justyna Hadaś is a teacher trainer and researcher at the Faculty of Modern Languages and Literatures (Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań). Specialized in didactics (of both languages and cultures) with particular interests in reading skills, learner autonomy and learning strategies, intercultural communication and (trans)cultural competences. She wrote her PhD on teaching critical reading. Since 2010, she has been engaged in organization of various didactic processes aimed at both higher and secondary education (e.g. within the Erasmus, Erasmus Mundus as well as national programs), including numerous workshops for teachers and other educators. In the EISCAS project she managed the Didactic Team. Her additional political science background has been helpful when engaging with the project and the handbook.
